Heather has spent over 20 years supporting children, families, and individuals worldwide, blending teaching and counselling with an integrated therapeutic approach.
She specializes in expressive arts, trauma, nature-based work, grief, and mindfulness, helping people feel seen, understood, and less alone through courageous storytelling.


Margaret follows her feet in the dance of life.
Most recently is completing a diploma in Eurythmy therapy.
This has lead her to the States, UK and Switzerland. Back home she gravitates to lakes and ocean

Join us for a week of growth and play in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. Bioenergetic Analysis is a holistic and well-established psychotherapy that helps resolve emotional issues through work with both body and mind.
Bioenergetics assumes that the mind and body are one, that feelings are a body experience, and that our body experiences shape how we function in the world. The retreat is a week-long experience of community living and personal growth.
