Oct. 31-Nov.3

As we head into the dark time of the year and the Winter Solstice, the Universe calls us inwards to prepare for rebirth and renewal. Join us for a creative, playful and reflective few days as we explore these inner realms. Learn how to see through the stories that keep you stuck so you can remember who you really are beneath the narratives you have lived by. This process of shadow work helps us to find our true gifts and the freedom to express ourselves more authentically. Our sessions together will Include dream work, movement, art, writing and fun group activities.

“As we journey inward we reflect our light outward.” Baron Baptiste
