Eurythmy

Your Instructor: Margaret Osmond

In this workshop you’ll explore:

Eurythmy, a spiritually inspired practice of Mindful Meditative Movements and sacred dance, was created by Rudolph Steiner the creator of Waldorf Education. You can use the exercises for grounding, stress relief, and harmonization.

Essentially, Eurythmy exercises strengthen your etheric body, when you practice the exercises regularly. By taking a few minutes a day to do eurythmy as a mindful meditation movement, you will quite literally build patterns into your etheric body that will make bring you health.

Margaret brings her lifelong practice and study of eurythmy to Our Celtic Hearth as part of our Seasonal Retreats and as stand alone classes.

Honouring the Heart Space Through Gentle Self-Care

Many women were never taught how to care for their breasts beyond medical screening. Yet the breasts play an important role in circulation, lymphatic health, and our relationship with the heart space of the body.

Join us for a gentle women’s circle where we will explore simple breast-care practices, including lymphatic awareness, self-massage, and ways to reconnect with the natural wisdom of the body.

This workshop offers a warm, respectful space to learn practical tools for self-care while deepening appreciation for the body we live in. These practices can be especially supportive for maintaining breast health and vitality through all stages of a woman’s life.

Participants will leave with a simple 10-minute breast-care routine they can continue at home.

Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate.

All practices are taught as self-care and self-touch only, and participants may adapt or opt out at any time.

Embodied Boundaries and Conscious Consent

October 17-18th, 2026

9:00 am - 5:00 pm DAILY

Live on Zoom

Your Instructor: Ailsa Keppie

Pricing: $500 + tax

Touch is an instinctive, natural language that we can all speak and understand. It’s essential for stimulating our nervous system and promoting healthy physical development. It is also critical for our mental and social development. We will explore and work with the beneficial effects of conscious touch and the resultant natural release of the feel good hormone oxytocin to bring you to a place of peace, empowerment, growth and self-connection. As touch professionals we should be experts in negotiating boundaries and consent around touch.

We will start with the topics of voice and speaking your truth, and then we’ll go on to consider assertiveness. Power dynamics, personal space, culture, marginalization, intention, humor, and forgiveness in setting and maintaining boundaries. Finally we will consider how trauma can alter a person’s ability to hold clear boundaries, or give real consent, and we will learn some quick and effective tools to model and encourage embodied consent with our patients.

This course offers a foundational part of how we can uphold our professional capacity when working with touch. It is relevant to any health professionals who touch their patients or clients.
